This program is responsible for:

• Building local, regional and international partnerships to achieve ACAD/s vision and strategic objectives, exchange experiences, recruit and build capacities for better services for target groups.
• Organizing and participating in lobbying and advocacy campaigns in the interest of the target groups in addition to participating in developing development and solidarity tourism that aim at developing the Palestinian agricultural and rural sector.
• Mobilizing and framing the target groups.
• Collecting and providing needed information related to Palestinian agricultural and rural sector.
