PhD in Economics, Saed has more than 25 years working experience in development, research and consultancy, as a lecturer, head of department or a team leader or as member of a team. This experience includes working in management; Organizational development, Capacity building and project management. Working on Strategic Planning; Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact assessment and developing administrative and operational systems and manuals. Working on Research and training; Socio-economy, Project cycle management, Policy building, Program analyses, Feasibility Studies, and research on participatory approaches, gender and capacity building
He has extensive experience working with national and local Palestinian NGOs, international agencies, and private companies.
