A Palestinian who lives and works in Ramallah- Palestinian territory and is the owner and General Director of New Vision Management Consulting and Training firm since 2004.

Mr. Faramand holds a BA accounting from Birziet University- Palestine and MBA from Northwestern University –Kellogg School, USA. Mr. Faramand is fluent in English, Arabic and Russian.

Mr. Faramand has served as an elected city council member in Ramallah Municipality 2005-2012.

Mr. Faramand has served as a board member in Jerusalem Electricity Company 2010-2012.

Mr. Faramand was one of the founders and board member for several terms of many Palestinian private sector organizations such as: Palestinian Food Industry Association, “MUSTASHAR “Management Consulting Firms Association and others.  Mr. Faramand is a board member of Palestine-Germany Friendship Society which is an NGO.

Mr. Faramand is the Regional representative in Palestine for one of the biggest Palestinian Diaspora organizations called “Ramallah Federation NGO” in the United States of America.

Mr. Faramand is an active player in the Palestinian Development and civil society.
